What are the return conditions?
(i) Change of mind
Unfortunately, we do not cancel or refund an order if you change your mind.
Please ensure that you carefully choose any product you select and with the right needed quantity.
(ii) Damaged and faulty products
Swanson will replace or refund any product that is faulty or damaged. Please contact via email firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assess the issue and reply with a solution. Please provide a picture of the damaged product with your request.
However, we reserve the right not to offer exchange or refund if the item damage/fault is a result of misuse or neglect. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within two weeks.
