Coronavirus situation impacts deliveries
Over the last few months, and as a result of the COVID working restrictions globally, we have experienced increased transport issues.
And while we’re doing everything we can to deliver your purchases quickly as possible, we hope you understand that these additional restrictions may result in increased delays. The cost of shipping is unfortunately also fluctuating, but we are doing our best to ensure the best freight rates. In some cases, you may receive some shipments from more than one location to ensure we can deliver promptly.
We want to reassure you that we are working tirelessly under these difficult and unprecedented circumstances with a firm commitment to serve you and your customers as efficiently as possible.

(ii) A tracking number will be sent after the payment and can be used to track the shipping status.
(iii) Orders ship only Monday to Friday, not on weekends or public holidays.
II International Shipping
Customs regulations vary from country to country. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products they ordered are not restricted in their country.
Swanson cannot guarantee that your order will be accepted by customs.
Customers are responsible for paying any import taxes and/or customs duties.
